Hang in there. You can do this.
sorry you're feeling this way no one judges you.
Have you spoken to a doctor to see if they can help , not for your skin but for your mind?

The only way to minimize it is drink water, eat good natural foods, and keep excess oil off your face. Wash your face with standard bar soap 3 times a day, and the apply benzoyl peroxide creme on the inidivual pimples to continue soaking up oil as your body produces it. Pimples only exist in oil. Drying them will minimize their lifespan. It won't prevent their existence.
To minimize future outbreaks, there are no magic cures, or a secret remedy...only time. For now, to prevent more acne THE BEST thing you can do is to lower your emotions. Don't be nervous, stressed, nor angry. Acne is not caused by bacteria, its not an infection. It is caused by excess oil, which is produced excessively at your age, and clog your pores and cause a build up.
Bottom line: calm down, be happy pursuing more important goals in you life, and minimize your anger. For acne, you can only do so much. Make these things your simple new routine, and forget about acne. There are more productive things to worry about. Gradually, as you age, you'll notice that pimples will gradually stop returning.
