This community is dedicated to helping members recover from accidents and unexpected events that have caused emotional and/or physical distress. Some examples of accidents that can cause long-term stress include: Aircraft Accidents, Bicycle Accidents, Car and Motorcycle Accidents, Train accidents, Nuclear accidents, Ship accidents, Workplace accidents.
heat and ice are also good for you the ice and heat packs can be made Heat// a wet washcloth put into a ziplock baggy to seal in the water and then wrapped in a towel to keep the scold off your behind. put this in microwave for about 3 or 4 min
cold// buy a bag of frozen corn and put a washcloth on it or thin dishtowel and put on behind.
when you sleep put a pillow between your legs to put your body in proper elinement.
stay warm and maybe even hug a pillow at night for security. also vit c or something to build that imune system as winter is setting in and lots of water to drink and flush out the poisens.
I am in cronic pain all the time. I have learned to toss a lot of it over my shoulder. It can be just as easy as breathing right and knowing whats around you. good luck.
