HELPING EACH OTHER WITH INCONTINENCE ISSUES AND GETTING OVER THE SOCIAL STIGMA OF HAVING TO USE ,WEAR AND BUY ABSORBENT PRODUCT SUCH AS DIAPERS AND PULL-UPS
Hi y'all I am a 20 year old college student. When I was younger I was diagnosed with an OAB but as I got older I eventually was completely dry until about 2 years ago I started wetting at night at first maybe once a month but since then the frequency of my nighttime accidents increased and then about 3 months ago I started having occasional daytime leakage as well which also seems to be worsening. I returned to college a few weeks ago and was wondering if anybody else could share any similar expieriences or advice. Currently I manage by using Abena M4's at night and Abena M3 pullups during the day. I could probably get away with lighter protection during the day but I don't want to risk it. The worst part for me at least is the inconsistency. Some days I'll have no problems and others I will have several accidents during the day same time with at night some times I'll wake up soaked and sometimes I'll wake up completely dry. I wish it was more consistent because if I knew what to expect on a daily basis it would make managing so much easier

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
