I am in my 50's and up until this point never had an issue with incontinence until I was placed on a diuretic to help with the symptoms of Meniere's Disease in regards to vertigo...while the diuretic has virtually eliminated the vertigo attacks, I have to go to the bathroom alot and have had accidents. I was encouraged to wear pull-up disposable underwear when going on road trips, etc., and at night. However, I have tried so many men's ones and they just felt and looked too bulky and you could tell when I had pants on. A female colleague of mine recommended Always Discreet ones, they are actually marketed for women, so I purchased a bag, and after the first one, no bulky feel, no visible appearance of diapers/pull-ups when I have pants on, I found a winner...They are super comfortable, I often can't tell they are on, but they sure have saved me the embarrassment of urinary accidents :)
