Tranquility Slimline are thin, and concealable but not as absorbent as the Tranquility ATNs, with are quite a bit thicker. Molicare makes good products as well. The NorthShore Care Lite Briefs are really nice, reasonably absorbent, and come in colors, which is really nice. Then if they still aren't enough, the NorthShore Care MegaMax are one of the most absorbent out there, but really no way to hide them. I have found that it takes trying a bunch of different kinds to see how each fit your specific figure, and level of absorbency needed. I would recommend diapers with tape tabs rather than absorbent pants. It takes a bit of effort at the beginning but you can get a snug fit (not possible with pants). If you choose "cloth backed" diapers, be careful, you can get a "wicking" effect. Personally, at night, I wear plastic backed diapers. Betterdry and Abena Abri-Form are also good brands. Try different brands and choose what suits you. Good luck!

I can recommend products from Rearz. They are really good and they have a great variety of plain and not so boring printed diapers. I find them better than products I could buy in pharmacies.
Don’t get startled when you go on their website. Just because you may use their products doesn’t mean anything.

I recommend Abena Abri-Flex. I use them and a pretty heavy wetter and they hold well. Otherwise have used Tranquility ATNs in the past. Hope you find the right product!

Ok...omg I can't believe I'm about to share this part....
Ok... I myself can use 3 brands that I know of for sure. The best so far for me is Mambers Mark sold by Sam's club usually, the next best is Depend, and the least is assurance sold by Walmart primarily. That's fit and obsorbency..... from best to least. So far I have found those. I'm 6feet tall and 94 lbs soaking wet with a stack of bricks... lol
So, as you can imagine, not a lot of stuff fits me too well.

Several have given good advice. The heavier the wetting, wearing tape on diapers are best. Your size also can make a difference in what works best for you as well. I myself am a very heavy wetter and I have found that Northshore Megamax or their Supreme's work best for me. They are plastic backed so no moister leaks through. I also sleep on a bed pad just in case of leaks, makes clean up so much easier.

I started out years ago using the Member Mark (Sam's Club) diapers because they were easy to get in the store, but as time has gone on, I have been able to keep stock and purchase from a retailer and have them shipped with in two days for me.

You will need to experiment and I would recommend experimenting with brands you can get locally as well as those you can call and order or order online. Reason for trying those in the local store is if for some reason your shipment is delayed, you know what store brands you can safely use as backups.

Hi Joanne777, I’m really sorry your going through this, it’s a nightly occurrence for me too and like you I’m a heavy wetter. Recently the brand I use was discontinued and it’s quite stressful trying to find something reliable (especially as I was due to be spending nights in a hotel it made it even more necessary) so I can understand your worries. My supplier recommended some for me which turned out to be okay, but it can take a few to find what may work best for you.

In the past I’ve had several samples of different ones which you may find useful if you do the same, it can save you some money and not leave you with a whole pack of ones you don’t find reliable. Also, you can add a booster pad if necessary if you need that extra absorbency which can sometimes help.

As the person writing before me does, I also use a bed pad just in case of leaks and I do recommend that as well as I find it really helps a lot.

Like you I wet very night and am a heavy wetter. Also have day time problems.

I use the TENA Slip Maxi adult 'nappies' - the plastic backed ones called Active Fit not the cloth backed ones. I am lucky that I get them free on the NHS in the UK. I have tried many brands over the last 30 years - Molicare, Depends, Abri-form, Lille and TENA have always been best for me. I also use a washable absorbent bed bad as I often sleep on my side and than can lead to leaks. I have also tried terry nappies and plastic pants but find the disposable nappies more absorbent as they lock urine away and there is no hassle with washing and drying things.

I do have some very-lined waterproof pants which I occasionally wear as a precaution over my TENA disposable, especially if I have been drinking at a party for example.
