28 M New to Group - Bladder and Bowel Incontinence

Hello Everyone,
I am in other support groups online, but just found out about this website.
I am a 28 year old male who had a brain bleed after being born two months premature. I also developed Hydrocephalus from the brain bleed, where my fluid doesn't drain normally without the use of a shunt (tube from my brain to my bladder/pelvic area.) I was recently diagnosed with Autism and Tourette's syndrome two years ago. I also have developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, and nerve issues related to brain and spine damage from being premature.
These nerve, spine, and brain damages caused me to have problems with my bladder and bowels. I am very embarrassed to bring this up, but I also have issues with bedwetting and nighttime bowel incontinence, for which I have to wear Northshore Supreme diapers at night.
I also have problems with my brain not getting the signal to go to the bathroom until it's too late. I'm very embarrassed to mention this, but I have to wear something called GoodNites pull ups during days when my mind is "busy" or I'm in a place where I can't get to the bathroom easily. (setting timers helps, but I still have accidents if I'm in a busy situation.) I have accidents with my bladder and sometimes my bowels. I'm hoping no one will make fun of me for this.
I am hoping these groups can help me feel less alone and that I can share support to others as well.
Does anyone else in this group have autism, hydrocephalus, incontinence, social cue issues, learning disabilities, or had a brain bleed as a preemie like me? I feel like I'm alone, and the only one who has to wear diapers and GoodNites for my accidents.
I would appreciate any comments or advice and am grateful to have found these groups to help me.
Thanks Everyone!

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

Hope the dog days of summer aren't getting you down!
