Abstinence & Celibacy Support Group
The pressures of sex from peers, the media and culture can be overwhelming, but you are in total control of your body and celibacy is a choice that many are making. Find sanctuary with people who are choosing to abstain without fear of judgment.
I have often mentioned that an abstinence or celibacy regiment without a plan of action leads to the issues you have mentioned.
What can you do to avoid it? Several things, such as learn to be alone and stop using sex as a substitute for intimacy. It's not about not having self-control as it is your current inability to have platonic relationship with guys.
Abstinence is only lonely if you think of it as such and believe it to be such. Ways to avoid loneliness can be: in addition to reading the Bible and keeping your vow, you can join a church where you can engage in activities that are wholesome and rewarding.
You can volunteer to teach elder folks to read, help at the library to teach folks on how to take the GED, read inspirational books, and pretty much eliminating your obsession with sex altogether.
Sex, rather making love, should be a minimal part of your life, not the sole focus of it. As for God, yes you are keeping your vow but you are not focusing on the things of God as often as you could. Reading the Bible is not enough, you have to act on it, let it fill your mind and bathe you with wholesome and life affirming thoughts.
And lastly, surrender your life to God, let him run your life. And you'll see hoe things change for you. But if you persist on thinking about sex, God has no room to work through you and for you, so you have to be an empty vessel for that to work.
Best of luck,
Wolf
I have already started to read more books for pleasure and study the Bible (instead of just reading it). I also started volunteering and spending more time with my family
I am disturbed to find that has happened to you. Nevertheless, I suggest that in addition to your Bible studies and other activities, you may benefit to seek counseling regarding the incident, as it will help you regain that part of yourself that was lost in the process.
The book I mentioned "How to heal your life" by Louise Hay was written by a woman who herself was sexually abused as a child and overcame cancer. It would be very useful to you, as you further deal with your epiphany.
Hugs,
Wolf

Obviously there are absolutely nothing you can do with men except having sex. I wish I would have your problems. If you like sex just have it but there is no reason to say that there is absolutely nothing to do except for that. I was communicatiing with men whole my life too but somehow I did not got sex absessed till I got 30 and I always was finding what to do with them all this time.
