You are doing the right thing. I was a virgin when I married at 20. I had may opportunities to have intercourse but did not as it always felt too precious to give away. I don't care what women tink now - but before we get far into a relationship - it is something I will make clear. Being celibate is not a bad idea at any age, if fact virginity at your age it is to be commended. How you feel is how many should feel but do not because,they give in to pressure and misguided notions of what sex actually entails.

It is more than worth it, so instead of listening to the so called arm chair experts, listen to your heart and your own voice that tells you that what you are doing is right.

It is a fallacy to say that lack of sexual experience leads to problems later on, as not everyone approaches sex the same way. Even experienced sexual beings have problems in the bedroom.

So stay the course and if a girl refuses to date you or marry you because you are a virgin, consider it a compliment and thus she's not the one for you since she will not be on board with your values.

As a older woman of three grown sons, I understand what you are feeling and wondering about yourself. You are to be commended and I truly believe that when the combination of the right time and the right person meet...your experience will be beautiful and worth the wait.

I used to feel the way you did, but now I realize that the women who are approaching you are intelligent and capable of making the decision for themselves. They know they risk getting hurt and they're going for it anyway. Both you and she have the ability to pull out of the relationship before the critical moment, and if you both decide to go through with it, it's because you've decided the benefits outweigh the risks.

As well though, you should be watching out for yourself. There's just as good of a chance women are trying to use you. (Malignant narcissists like to consume sensitive guys like us.) Be upfront about any concerns you have and you never have anything to worry about.

YOuare doing the right thing. Sex is part of your boundaries (Your property) If you fling it casually, you destroy this boundary and invite abuse. That is very difficult to get out of. Dating the right personmeans a person who respect your boundaries, how you deal with your emotions, yout time, your money, your feelings. Whoever dates you, must have the same kind of boundaties,at least strong ones. People with strong boundaries are attractive, because with them they feel whole and you feel whole. Why is that a lot of young people talking about using somebody for something. It is like somebody always concern to get used or use somebody else. It is like the most important thing to talk about.
