there is also habitat houses and I've met people who did that and have that. the problem with all those programs is none of it is advertised, its all word of mouth and the programs fill up and come and go kind of thing. there are also private hard money lenders who buy it themselves first and then finance people with shaky credit, but you have to really read it because some of them are just ripping people off. its out there but almost everyone I know says, why bother, this is a business not a charity. really bad attitudes.

Should I skip 68 and 69 since we answered those already?
70. Do you consider yourself open minded or closed minded? A live and let live person or a predator/stalker? i'm definitely a live and let live person. i guess i'm open minded but probably on a medium scale, and compared to who and what, its a relative question. hopefully open minded and live and let live.
71. How long does it take for you to open up to someone?
73. Are you generally untrusting towards people because of past experiences, or any other reason?
yes. i had to LEARN that though. MANY people are good actors in real life, total thieves and complete liars - actors are ALWAYS acting - none of it is real. proceed with caution. CONSTANT vigilance. and some are outright psychopaths/criminals who will actually physically attack you, rob you, break in, malign, lie - disgusting pathetic people who should never have existed at all - pure evil.

Who hasn't had an experience of some kind with someone that didn't end positively?! I think whether I'd want to erase the memories or not would depend on the day... some days I think back to things that "didn't end well" and I'm sad and I wish it never happened but other days I think better to have had that happen than not because to not have those memories would be like not having lived at all, right?! Besides, remembering the good and bad stuff can help you in the future - that whole "know your history or you're doomed to repeat it" sort of thing...
77. Do you agree with the saying: better to have loved and lost than not have loved at all?
77. Do you agree with the saying: better to have loved and lost than not have loved at all? DEFINITELY. some people have no idea what love feels like, they have never experienced being in love and don't even know what it is. that is much sadder than the roller coaster of it.
78. Are you more optimistic or pessimist? What do you try to be?
I am an optimist who gets disappointed a lot, lol.
79. Do you agree that something good can come out of anything?
