We can all help eachother and questions about anything you are not sure of with regard to recovery will be answered by people here who know how difficult and confusing it is at first. For me, I felt a little shy of asking too many questions in meetings and now, looking back, I wish I had. I might have found a lasting sobriety a little sooner and more easily!

i really needed to at least be doing something to help myself ive been so miserable today and i imagine people know how i feel
too much booze a crying bore the next day but im a loner and dont have any friends
