I am extremely happy to have found this group, I am perusing it this morning, in between getting ready to go to my home group meeting!
Life is good!
It feels like this will be the place to get down and talk about "the meat and potatoes" of a quality sobriety that I know we all strive for.

have a good meeting laura, i just got back from my sunday "church" meeting a lot of spirituality, For me this site is a part of my recovery BUT the meetings with people face to face are more important for my balance. as we say suite up and show up.. have a good one.
