There are two days every every week about which we should not worry, two days which should be kept from worry and apprehension. One is yesterday with its mistakes and care, its faults and blunders its aches and pains. Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control. All the money in the world can not bring back yesterday. We cannot undo a single act we have performed. We cannot erase a single word we have said. Yesterday is gone beyond recall. Do I still worry about what happened yesterday?

There you go Billy....gettin in my head again. Last night I watched the show "The Cleaner" and felt a little sad. There was a comment made about a little girl "she's a child of an alcoholic, don't confuse the ability to survive with maturity" and it hit me hard.

The girl was paying the bills, taking care of the dad, etc and it reminded me of the times my daughter drove me to the ER in the middle of the night......

Yeah, still havin a little trouble with yesterday...but it's better than it was for sure. Just wish I could have a "do over"...ya know?

yes i worry too a lot about what i did yesterday, for similar reasons to holy,
dont really think about tommorow as much, i know we cant change it but sometimes i need the guilt to stop it happening again, by remembering to not pick up that first drink/drug.
