we have to sell the home we thought was going to be it and worked to get at our age the last 4 years for. Bob came out of retirement at 65 and did maintenance and janitorial just to get it for me basically. Back to renting as our medical and trying to be honest and pay our bills seemed to just make it worse. I paid 10,000 on a credit card and they canceled the card...LOL Times are hard for many.
But the promises have come true in many ways, its hard to see when things get tough and this month so far has been a doozy. Wrote about it in my journal and group if anyone wants to give any suggestions sure could use it.
Still growing up I guess. And being sick I am sure does not help emotionally. We keep on trudging and work for it.
One guy came up to me after a meeting last week when I picked up my 9 month chip and said "I remember for the first few months when you came in here, you'd sit over there with your legs crossed up in the chair and cry and cry.....look at ya now!!" :)
