When alcoholics first walk in the door there just aren't any people more humble.We admitted defeat . The only thing I noticed was we didn't know what humility was. It seems once we got our physical strength back and our heads cleared up a little,this mental state of mind left us. At least for me getting humble was difficult. The doors of AA seem to be revolving. My alcoholic mind would just refuse to stay humble. There seemed to be one more good idea I had left. It wasn't until I ran out of one more good ideas that the thought of remainig humble even entered my head. It wasn't until I surrendered completely that I became teachable. it wasn't until I was teachable that I could learn how to stay humble and how to get a quiet heart.Today I practice staying humble in all my affairs lest my alcoholic thinking will again return with one more good idea. Greg, Totally agree when I surrendered because of the pain I didn't have a clue how humbled I was it took sometime for the fog to clear before I realized it.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
