on there other hand i can totally relate what it is saying.
Key word for me is "heavily". We need to lean on folks to survive I think, and they on us. Give and take. But when it gets to the point where one no longer thinks or does for themselves and relies solely on another person or other people in general it becomes dangerous.
I have always, always loved this passage from the Step book and at step meetings you can see tons of people nodding their heads!! Such identification!!
