He told me that before I could be honest with him or my sponsor or anyone else, I had to get honest with that joker in the glass.
I didn't know what he meant by that joker in the glass. He told me that was the man in the looking glass. When you shave tomorrow, get honest with the man who looks back at you from the looking glass.

That's why you also hear: "Easy does it - but do it". A lot of people use this to get lazy...

Yup, Dennis. That is what I was told, too. Easy Does It, But Do It!! Keep it in the day, put one foot in front of the other, do the next right thing. Keep it simple. Works for me. :-) I know when I complicate things, they don't work out too well. lol

Easy does it reminds me to do what I need so I don't get overwhelmed SO I can keep moving forward. As Chris mentioned, keep it simple.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
