Another of the mottoes of AaA is "Easy Does It." This means that we just go along in Aa doing the best we can and not getting steamed up over problems that arise in AA or outside of it. We Alcoholics are emotionial peopleand we have gone to excess in almost everything we have done.We have not been moderate in many things. We have not known how to relax.Faith in a Higher power can help us learn to take it easy. We are not running the worl. I am only one among many. We are resolved to live normal, regular live. From our AA expeirence we learn that"easy does it". Have i learned to take it easy?

I like the slightly amended version - Easy Does It, But Do it - easy does it is a great aid to bearing moderation in mind but I have also heard it used as a justification for procrastination and putting off things that need to be done.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
