Hi. I just wanted to say I'm new here and I've had depression and anxiety for a long time, but lately I feel REALLY bad. I tried another online support group, and really poured my heart out and didn't feel like I got much support at all. Hoping to find some here.

Hi Stormy!! Welcome to ANGELS!! :) One of the many bad things about deppression (and axiety too) is that there are times where it gets even worse than usual. The good thing, tho, is that eventually there are other times where it gets a little bit easier. My phycologist describes it as "waves". I hope your able to get over this bad wave. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help!

Just found this site and was hoping to see others cope with their bi-polar when family members don't understand it. This is an ongoing issue even though I was diagnosed years ago and I haven't hid any of this from family members they freak out when any signs are being shown. Comments about my medication etc. anyone else have this kind of problem?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
