Have you ever heard the expression, "Words wound"? It's true, they do. But words can also heal. Words can provide reassurance, calm, guide, uplift, validate... Words can do wonders.

Whatever your conditions, you will find comfort in words. Let's share some good words here, making this a place you can turn to when you need something to occupy your mind and drive out the bad memories, worries, doubts, and fears; something to hold onto when the nightmares and flashbacks and panic and anxiety and loneliness and frustrations come.

Like many works, it has been copied and re-copied so many times by so many people that the version you have of it is different from the author's original work. Give me a few days to go through my files, and I should have it for you.
