I tried laughter yoga..enjoyed it but I can't go anymore soI was glad I found your group.
I've been crying all day but trying to get EMDR treatment...this too will pass and I should be back to having my attitude of gratitude back !!!

The Laughter Club is here for everybody. It can be a diversion to keep your mind off the pain while your body and mind heal. Wounds of the mind take time to heal just as do wounds of the body. You have strength and ability that you may not now realize, but they will emerge as the healing takes place. Be patient and gentle with yourself. Trust that you will be fine in time.

I need to watch more comedies.. I wish the English comedies were on more often..But I've got TVland and Nick at night these new comedies don't do it for me.
I've got enough aches and pains to actually feel my age now..But I've still got my sense of humor!

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
