Affirmations are expressions that have the power to transform your life by influencing the way you think about yourself, others, and the world around you. When you change how you think, you change how you act, and the results can be immensely rewarding.
Create your own affirmation, or select from those listed the affirmation which you feel most applies to you. Write it down on a piece of paper and place it where you will be sure to read it at least once each day, for example, on your car dashboard, on your refrigerator door, or on your bathroom mirror.
