We would be delighted to have you join our group. A Capable Disabled Group is a mutual support group for persons who are disabled, handicapped, differently abled, or have other conditions, along with our friends and caregivers. We discuss what matters to us, learn from each other, and strive to improve our lives.

Even if a resource is only available in your local area (city or country) while members in this group are located all around the world, please share what you know about it with us anyway because some of us could be closer to you than you might know.
My Personal Health Record. Keeping your own personal health record (PHR) allows you to provide doctors with valuable information that can help improve the quality of care you receive. A PHR can help reduce or eliminate duplicate tests, and allow you to receive faster, safer care in an emergency. In short, a PHR helps you play a more active role in your and your loved ones' healthcare.
