I am turning 40 this year and I feel fat and horrible about myself. I am the heaviest I have ever been. Both my mom and sister had the bypass surgery and look great and its so easy for them to loose weight and not put any on. I am not at the fat enough point to go through with the surgery but I just cant stay motivated enough and I dont have the money to join a gym or do all the expensive food/shakes etc.
