About Me

Im interested in meditation and personal growth. I have been practicing meditation since late 1999, and have read extensively about spirituality & meditation (and also a bit of philosophy and psychology). Love to discuss how meditation and mindset changes can positive transform our mind and life. You can also contact me directly via twitter (@gio_self) or my personal blog (LiveAndDare.com).
