I'm 80, had very successful AVR in 2008, But pulmonary function test in august 2015 revealed lung diffusion at 43%. Verdict: "Probably with ILD". Follow-up test on July 26th should settle any doubt. I'm fearful given my dyspnea going up hills. Other than that, I'm in great shape!
