Our firm\'s legal expertise is founded on a consummate understanding of the intricacies of the law coupled to years of applying that knowledge in a vast and varied multitude of individual cases. It is this experience that underlies the practical advice that we deliver to our clients. At McEwen & Kestner, PLLC we recognize that each client and each set of circumstances surrounding a case are unique, as are the client\'s expectations for the kind of outcome that best serves his/her interest. The McEwen & Kestner, PLLC philosophy of customer relations is straight forward: we hear the client out with a sympathetic ear and then analyze the case from a factual point of view, and then we adopt and apply the best legal strategies that comport with both the client\'s objectives and the requirements of law. Our staff of attorneys has a great deal of depth, covering a variety of legal disciplines. For example, one of our attorneys was formerly an integral part of the defense team of a large insurance company; now providing us with an insider\'s point of view on the defense strategies employed by these large corporate entities and how finesses them to persuade their legal teams to work with us on a just settlement.
