About Me

After 12 years of marriage, my husband died suddenly in October of 2010. Needless to say, it was a shock. As most of us do, I went for counseling for grief and depression. But, the most helpful action I took was journaling - specifically, blogging. Currently, I am starting a new program where widows and widowers can reconcile their grief and healing through writing. If it were not releasing my pain through writing, I wouldn\'t have been able to move forward and onward with my life.
