Yup he showed up with an attorney and... I WON!
The attorney offered to have the neighbors build a privacy fence and I also insisted on no contact... judge came in, said though there was little evidence, what he read in the petition was disturbing, demanded an order to enforce the fence getting built, and continued the hearing to Sept. 29th to make sure it was done! And if there are any more issues I'll be able to get evidence, and if not everything will be great! YIPPEEE!!!

BTW (snicker)... attorneys fees, privacy fence - that cost him close to $2,000. :)

See, your claim WAS as important as the others heard by the court and the judge was obviously upset by your neighbor\'s behavior. Great news about the fence, too! Luck had nothing to do with it - you showed your bully neighbour AND the court that you will not be pushed around. You demanded that your property rights be respected! Goon on ya for seeing this through - congrats!
