i had a great class today. i feel comfortable standing infront of the class giving out instructions (heads-up). i still find it challenging looking str8 in the eyes but i try:+) the yoga puts a smile on face. i would like to meditate more. i want to learn more guiding scripts for my class. i am noticing how comfortable, confident, and stronger i am in my practice. the more you practice the better you should become. i am noticing subtle things. yoga teaches you to rush or force anything - patience.
i am smiling more so i think i am reducing my anger issues. i did see some i knew today. i walked by w/o speaking. i don't think we were as good as friends anyway so i don't feel too bad about not speaking. i don't wish anything bad on them but i don't wish to associate myself with them anymore. i didn't think they were all that nice of a person.
i finally emailed my college counselor. i think i was feeling like a failer for needing to drop one class and i did not do it on time "wf" - not good for the grade point average. on the brighter side i did get a "b" for the other class.
my aunt, who is bi-polar, suffered a breakdown this summer. she had to be hospitalized. she is home know, her insurance wanted to stop paying for the hospital. my family don't think it is a good idea for home to be home right now b/c she doesn't seem to be well organized right now. her doctor is trying to see what medication and dosage is good for her. i love my aunt. we talked a lot while i was suffering and feeling like i was losing my mind. she was very open with me about her illness. her openness has helped me to understand where i was in my sadness. god bless her. i have not visit home to see her. i have talked to her. some times are good and some times are not so good.
my mother is still working my nerves. she is controlling. she is loving. she is beautiful and amazing. i do need her to chill out with wanting to know my every move and telling me what to do. i know she doesn't mean any harm. but from my stand point, and she is aware of how i feel, i don't like being controlled (issues form being sexually abused), at least that is how it feels in my body. i have finding better ways to work around her without hurting her feelings anymore.
