*** this turned out to be a good practice. i felt happy and lite. i noticed the same from the class, they stayed around a chatted a lot - that is a positive indication that i had a good class. the other day i fell really bad in the middle of the street. i was bleeding and people saw it. sure i hurt but i kept smiling and i did not worry if anyone had seen me fall. i broke my phone (5th lost or broken in 3 months 100 dollar deductable) - i didn't even worry so much about that. i feel like my practice lately draws a lot of happy energy where you don't worry so much or you can let go of those anxieties.
