Yesterday was a good day!?

So, yesterday I was pleasantly surprised that my legs weren't really hurting me, even though I had done the two bus to work routine, which usually guarantees uncomfortable legs, but in fact I did three more similar bus trips, and did not have the aching feeling I have had 'normally'.
Well today, they seem to be back to their usual achy state, and here I am, asking myself why. I happened to start to take a supplement a couple of days ago (CoQ10), so I thought it was that. I also had taken out my most hated pedals (I bought some of those 'for sofa use' pedals because my apartment is so small, but I really dislike them because I never find a position where I am comfortable) and used them for 30 minutes (I usually only use them for 15 bec I dislike them so much).
Today I am annoyed that I didn't have a sudden change in physical state (I know it is stupid, but I can wish can't I?) What do you think? Should I try to keep up with the hated pedals? I am thinking of finding a real exercise bike, I just don't have any space!

I have such a difference in how I feel each day and even though everyone is different, here\'s what I have noticed. If I over exercise, or don\'t exercise for a few days in a row I ache. If I eat sugar, or too much starchy foods, or white flour one day, I ache the next..and I go numb more than usual. If I do everything right I feel really really good. Of course doing things right for me includes me resting for 20 minutes or more in the middle of every day too. I am not sure why any of this is...but it is. Good luck in figuring out what causes your symptoms to get worse.
