Yesterday (Sunday)

Ok, let me get this back on track. 
Activity yesterday...
walked the dogs three times.
rode in car to Costco, waited in car while hubby shopped, carried in two items from the car - put stuff in the fridge
 
Pain 
It started at 10 and slowly faded back to the background 7/8. The scar from my thyroid cancer hurts. My throat feels like it has been cut open again. Could stress be aggravating the surgery site? Coughing up chunks of mucus. 
Nothing really impacted my pain, so I took very few pain killers, less than half my prescribed dose. 
 
I was not functional at all for any part of the day. Just survived it.
