Yesterday's MORNING workout...! - 2 Days to Go Until the Race

Today's workout: REST!
Apologies for the skipped entry yesterday, it was a very busy day! But I am happy to report that I accomplished a MORNING WORKOUT! And it felt absolutely wonderful. It may have been the shorter distance, but just jogging around the neighborhood was such a breeze today. 
The best part is, the rest of the day I don't even have to think about the workout because I've done it!
And looking ahead, all I need to do now is rest and eat. I like to do some stretches during rest days so that I make sure I keep my muscles ready, but I will not fall into the temptation to fit another workout in between now and Sunday.

Yay! 2 more days. Sunday morning, huh. I will be thinking about you all day Sunday. Make sure you post your time if you get the chance. Now that you got this 10K down, you gotta aim higher - 15K or Marathon!!!

I like your plan of resting and a bit of stretching. I am rooting for you as well. To me you sound ready both physically and mentally. Great job Jessica.You Rock!
