Yesterday's Guilt

Yesterday I made a decision...to live more in the moment.  To forgive myself and just except my flaws (physical and emotional).  I realized Ive let guilt weigh me down.  I looked back at my life and saw that guilt was a major factor for me.  Guilt about my teenage preganancy, guilt about leaving family behind, guilt with my daughter and the decisions I made while raising her, and most recently, I tied the guilt with my father being sick and dying to the guilt of leaving Roomie and returning to that situation.  Guilt has kept me in stagnent places.  By not being with Roomie, I have opened up the possibilities for him to find true love and that is what I want most for him-Happiness and Health. It is true-sometimes the best love you show is by letting go.

I was listening to Richard Loop yesterday.  He was explaining how the law of attraction/universe works.  If you stay in a low vibration with feelings of guilt, sadness and regret-then that is exactly what the universe will give you.  When I started looking at things in that manner I decided to again take a leap and stop living with those negative feelings.

I am now getting up and repeating to myself "Your doing the right things".  And "I am thankful for my health, etc. etc.".

I get up in the morning and have my coffee and just sit and listen to the silence which feels good.

I will continue this knowing that I still have to jump over life's hurdles-atleast I can try to smile while doing so.

Happy Healthy Tuesday all!

!!!!!!!!!!WOO HOO !!!!!!!!!!!!! YEHAW !!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND A WAYAYAY TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May the new world which opens to your self-forgiveness be greater than you ever imagined. Mine certainly is. The Cosmos really are even more creative than The All-Knowing Arf. It's one Hell of a show when I take the time to watch instead of trying to Control.

Healthy or knot, Happy Tuesday. It takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown.
