Yesterday (Mar 23)
Yesterday I had a severe break with reality. I woke up around 11am, I didn't know if I was real, if Geo was real, if I was really in Miami, or what's going on. I started talking on the phone in bed to a friend in the morning when Geo was sleeping, and he woke up, got mad and left the room. I got off the phone with my friend, went out to the living room and my cat Angela came up to me and started nuzzling me. I broke down sobbing, not knowing if she was real or not. Geo came out and talked to me for a bit, convinced me to take some klonopin and I fell asleep until almost 9pm. But before I fell asleep, I made some really weird phone calls. I called my SSDI caseworker while crying and asked if I was really approved (still paranoid about that). She said yes, and I started crying harder, saying it didn't make sense, that nobody was approved on their first time. She said it happens sometimes. I then apologized, said I wasn't doing well, and she told me to go get help and I hung up.
I texted my sister for some numbers I could call for support, and she texted me the Miami Crisis hotline. When I was done with dinner at 10pm, I called them. The guy got really confused when I said I live in [city right next to Miami]. It turns out it was the Miami, OHIO crisis hotline LOL. The guy asked me for my address and local area codes, and I told him. He said I was probably really in Miami, FL, since I got all the information right. It helped me a bit, but I'm not really sure still. I mean, if I'm making all of this up, wouldn't he be part of my delusion and say the right things anyways? I have no idea.
I'm going to call the hospital soon (probably when I'm done with this). I've been sleeping for 4 hours here and there, then 12 hours, not getting anything consistent. I'm having trouble drinking water again (it's making me sick) and I might be dehydrated. My hip bones and femurs are hurting really bad and I don't know why, and it feels like someone is stabbing me in my lower back. Add that to the delusions, and I'm pretty sure I need some sort of help. I may not go if I can't get treated for both my physical and mental symptoms, though. I'm having trouble walking, and in the mental ward they make you get out of bed all the time. If I do go, I will make a post here saying I'm going.
