Yesterday a bad day

Yesterday I started pulling again.  I can't believe that after 14 weeks, this has happened. I thought  had it so under control.  I just pulled and before you knew it I was pulling all day.  It was so awful.  I thought I had so much control that I could beat this.  I thought this problem was behind me.  Today I kept in control and have not pulled. Thank god.  Have to start again.  It has been such a long journey,
