YEE-HA - total body work out!
05/05/2009 WEDNESDAY --- Well, preparing for a day of marathon running and YEE-HA with those big foam pool sticks. Grandson coming and we battle with the foam sticks as he yells YEE-HA, he then drops his foam stick and we switch colors. I AM SO SORE TODAY! YEE-HA is harder than you think! Total body workout! SHEEZ! 05/06/2009 THURSDAY --- OK, I can now top the above.....I tucked in a towel into my collar to show grandson how a super hero cape looked before we played YEE-HA. I shook my toosh & shoulders to show him how the "cape" moved. He wasn't impressed and didn't want one. So I put the towel back. He quickly grabbed it & brought it to me so I thought he wanted to wear it. WRONG!! He wanted me to put it back on and play YEE-HA! Boy, if someone would have looked thru my window they would have seen a crazy woman running thru the house, with a towel for a super hero cape, and swinging a pool foam tube yelling YEE-HA! ROFLOL Oh, yeah, slow day, but grandson thinks I'm coooooool.

Yeah, I \"see\" myself doing these things that I consider to be totally past my age range....I almost got stuck in the Burger King climb tunnel thing trying to get my young grandson to complete the route! SHEEZ! Thank God 911 didn\'t get called! Yes, I hurt like the devil after!
