YEAH! I GOT MY COMPLETION!
WELL, FINALLY LAST NITE WAS MY NITE! I finished the 12 Step Program to be a leader and they have already agreed to let me start a group. Yeah, I know, I really should do something in my spare time besides learning about Christian Advising, Brains, Neurology, Neuroscience, speaking at schools, etc.
ANYWAY, I will be flat out honest, those 12 Step Programs, if worked honestly and continuously, WORK! I found out things about me that I never even knew! It was a real eye opener and now I understand why it is required to do them before they will allow you to be a leader.
I got into it because I do the Christian Adviser routing and one of the leaders felt this 12 Step Program (CELEBRATE RECOVERY) would help me in my other work. Now I'm ready to be a leader as well as knowing more about myself than I could have ever imagined!
Wish me luck. I hope to help as many people as I can. ALSO on the horizon, I may be available at the local level as a "volunteer" to help teens at the local Learning Center but I can't be called a Christian Adviser. OK, I can play their games. They want me but I have to have a new title. So, I'm gonna hit them up with COMMUNITY OUTREACH VOLUNTEER. TA-DA! Got to get help to these troubled youth somehow.
BY THE WAY, for a CHRISTIAN nation, why do I get so much flack for being a CHRISTIAN ADVISER? Think on that for a bit!

Yeah, had my first op as a Group Leader this past week. We\'ll see what God\'s got in store. Plan to finish this last course req\'d for my accreditation and an additional course as well. Hope to attend college ALSO this fall for BA in Applied Behavioral Science. Hope to go all the way to Doctorate. Will be doing 2 schools at once...1 to keep my CE\'s for accreditation and the other towards Applied Behavioral Science. This is in addition to all other stuff. :)
