Yay for family!
The girls' party was wonderful! The weather was perfect. The park was beautiful. And the KFC was delicious. Oh, and the company - magnificent!
I am so proud of our kids. They have grown up to be wonderful human beings. Brad is 33 and works in construction management. One of the kindest people I know. Best uncle ever. Wendy is 32 and is an economic analyst at San Francisco airport. She loves her job. She lives with her man and he is also amazing. He has an 8 year old daughter - one of the birthday girls. Wendy and her are super close. It's fun to watch them interact. Joni is 30 and is an RN in oncology. Her husband is a mental health worker and taking courses to get his master's degree. They have 3 amazing kids.
And I got to spend an extra day with Joni and family. I love hanging out with the grandkids. We pulled out my box of drawing stuff - I was gonna be a world-famous artist - and sat at the table drawing and telling stories. It was so much fun! Love them so much so much. And they talked to me honestly and openly about my oxygen and my disease. They are 10, 9, and 5 years old. They asked important questions and had really good comments. I don't talk about that stuff very often so it was really good for me too.
So life is fantabulous! And I'll take some more, thank you very much.

Dee, Yes I had KFC tonight as well, and I thought of you and your picnic when I chowed down. Dee I am so happy you had such a wonderful experience, and out of the mouths of our kids come some of the most amazing things. Keep up the good work, and draw me a picture too. Take care, Bill
