WW Day 58

Taking part of this from yesterdays journal...still feeling the same.Wow...I totally fell off the WW wagon Friday Night. In being honest with myself (and my weight loss buddies) ~ I know that was bad especially after getting into bonus points (even though I said I wouldn't), not meeting my goal of walking a mile twice during the week that I'm sure I could have handled, had I put my mind to it. I have no excuse, simply put I made BAD choices this week. Choices that showed at today's weigh in still at 262 zero loss. All I can do is start fresh...try to stay positive and move forward. This life journey is mine and it's going to be a long one. I'm sure (or at least I'm hoping) that others that have endured this lifetime weight loss journey fell off the wagon here and there yet have managed to succeed. I want to be able to say at the end (or goal point) of my journey there were bumps/hills in the road but I kept going! I did it!!!Weight: no gain/no lossNew Food: noneGoals: Keep trying ~ get those two mile walks in this week!Need help with: just trying to stay positive and on track.So with this being said...continuing on my journey. Personally I feel that a no gain/no loss is also a positive - it shows you are standing your ground and hanging in there! It also positive in that you can take a look at what you are doing, tweak it here and there and boom you are on your way again! Sending you hugs of strength and hope, Laraine xxx
