WW Day 57

Wow...I totally fell off the WW wagon last night. I have no clue how many points I had. We had beer, pizza and sandwiches oh my and a lot of it. :-(   In being honest with myself ~ I know that was bad especially after getting into bonus points (even though I said I wouldn't), not meeting my goal of walking a mile twice during the week that I'm sure I could have handled, had I put my mind to it. I have no excuse, simply put I made BAD choices this week. Choices that come tomorrows weigh in may really hurt!!!
All I can do is start fresh...try to stay positive and move forward. This life journey is mine and it's going to be a long one. I'm sure (or at least I'm hoping) that others that have endured this lifetime weight loss journey fell off the wagon here and there yet have managed to succeed. I want to be able to say at the end (or goal point) of my journey there were bumps/hills in the road but I kept going! I did it!!!
So with this being said, today is a NEW day, I've had breakfast for 7 points (and I'm full). I'm drinking my second glass of water now. I have 24 points for lunch/dinner that's plenty as long as I slow down and make the right choices. Continuing on my journey. Thanks to everyone who understands and supports me.

Oh my - when I was losing the 100 pounds several years ago the only thing that saved me was I basically \'lived\' at the gym and the only time I ate was after work and before my college classes in the evening. There were times I would have been unable to even locate the \'wagon\' if I had been forced to. I think it was simply my lifestyle and spending so much time at the gym that allowed for the huge weight loss over a two year period. Now I have had another battle with my weight and had to switch to eating only boring, healthy foods as I was simply too addicted to foods I liked a lot to have them in the house. I have ten more pounds to lose and physical therapy now that I\'m disabled and boring foods is winning the fight for me.

You have done really fantastic!!! You will simply pick up where you left off and continue on with your goal.

You have been doing good. We all fall down sometimes but the main thing is that we get up and I know you will.
