WW Day 31

So it's been over a month and I'm hanging in here. It's not been too bad, I've cheated a couple times...nothing compared to what I would have done prior to starting WW. I've journaled everything I eat in a notebook. I've been honest too..even when I did "cheat" or use bonus points. In fact today being home all day on a rainy/cold day with the hubby and kids I dipped into bonus points. I should have no problem being good the rest of the week though. :-P
Today I don't walk it's a "rest" day, I miss it~never thought I'd say that. I walk tomorrow for 18min. Then 20min on Wed. I'm getting excited...the progress is slow but it's happening!
Still off tomorrow...it's going to be cold and stormy. Maybe I'll get some laundry, housework and reading in.
Hope everyone has had a great day and has a great evening! A special thanks to all that have and are supporting me. (((Hugs))) Kimby

Well done, Kimby! So glad you are missing exercise. It is really great once you get into it. I dip in and out. But it is happening! x

Slow changes are usually more permanent because they \'grow\' on us and become who we are. You are doing really great!!! I have fifteen more lbs to lose to reach goal and I know it will be a stretch of time and am fine with that. Just looking at how far I\'ve traveled along this road to get here is such a good feeling I don\'t mind the final fifteen taking a long while to leave this body they have belonged to for so many years.

Gentle ((hugs)) of positive support - Patricia

I still have to talk myself into it now and then...but once I start I DO enjoy it. :-)
20 minutes tomorrow...another small milestone.
