ww Day 30

Gonna be a good day...I'm off work for the next two days. I'd like to get the housework done today so I can relax. I did the shopping yesterday and went to a friends 40th b-day party (didn't have any drinks or food, ate before we went). Gonna walk and stay within my points. I don't have a whole lot to talk about today. I put a little info in the weekly update for WLB. I'm down another -1.5 so at least heading in the right direction. Hope everyone has a great day. :-)
