WW Day 22

Okay so I cheated, I stepped on the scale a day early and thankfully there has been no gain, no loss either but no gain! I've struggled again this week...a couple binges. I know I need to make changes...diet, exercise, how I cope and deal with things and work. I feel that since I'm aware of what changes I need that's a huge step. Though it may be slow these changes are coming one day at a time.
First lesson learned at work this week...can't trust everyone! Guess that should be common sense. Though I don't feel that I have have ever said or shared anything that I wouldn't repeat if asked, people have manged to turn things I've said around. I am not a person that likes drama or being in the middle of everything, however somehow this week that's where I managed to be. I don't like hurting peoples feelings...Second lesson learned just keep my mouth shut, though like a mentioned I don't think I've done wrong apparently words can be twisted or taken wrong. Motto: Go to work, smile, work, go home. I don't like or want office drama..been there over 5 years and never had it before.
Still feeling a little under the weather, I think it may be stress, anxiety and a little depression. Not really sure, slight headache, some nausea and my chest feels heavy here and there. No pain or anything just blah...hope to feel better soon. I always seem to feel better and relax after journaling.
Hope everyone has a great day!
I'm baacckkk... hee...hee... :-)
So, I managed to stay real close to my points. I tend to round up when I'm unsure. I may be right on, if not within couple. I have to say I'm proud of myself. I took my 9yr old to see HOP today at the show. We ordered a diet pop, nacho and sweet tarts to split. We didn't finish any of it. Normally nachos are a favorite. I would order extra cheese and eat all the chips and cheese. Today we did not order extra cheese and we threw away half the chips ~ I didn't have any candy! Then tonight my 15yr has a friend over, I haven't been to the store so dinner pickn's were slim. You guessed it we ordered pizza but guess what, I only ordered one medium for all four of us that are here. I only had one slice then stopped, that's big for me! The icing on my cake for the night (not literally) I did it!!! I walked for a whole whopping 10 minutes. I couldn't decide if I was happy or sad because when I was done with only 10 minutes I was truly sweating. I'm gonna say I'm proud of myself move on and do it again tomorrow.
Thanks all have a GREAT night!

Kimby you are doing great and making changes that are going to work for you in the long term - you are going to find it so easy to keep the weight off cos you\'ve learnt to live with food like nachos and pizza. Yay for the exercise as well - I\'m going to join you today for 10 minutes as I\'ve been struggling to get back onto the treadmill. I had a work opportunity about five years ago but declined and my biggest reason was because of office politics, can\'t be bothered with it anymore - you are so right in keeping out of it. Take care and wishing you a good Sunday.

Great job on holding back with the food! That shows progress and we all want progress.

Oh, the office drama. It\'s a reminder that working wouldn\'t be so hard if you didn\'t have to deal with your co-workers. I absolutely hate office stuff - the brown-nosers, the office gossip, the rumors, the undercover folks...it just all adds up to your wanting to scream into a pillow sometimes.

Great job in staying on program though! You\'re doing great!
