Typically, there's absolutely no need for the Employees to train their own selves. These businesses provide training Courses for the Staff Members themselves, or even for their supervisors. Employees that are old enough to have children should be taught about the importance of taking time off.

Mothers are probably not getting paid enough for the amount of time they are away from work. When a mother returns to work, she'll be more efficient at what she's doing because she's ready for her workload.
