Wrist bo bo!
For the last few days or so I have been experiencing wrist pain. Thought it was a little carpal tunnel but seems to be added tendon stress of some sort. Got a steroid shot and pain meds. told to not use hand for a while. Am typing one handed. This is a pain! Takes too long and starting to bug my shoulder having to lift arm for the keys I normally reach with other hand. I was trying to cheat and use injured hand but pain was increasing!

Wrist is a little better today but will be aggravating it a LOT cooking ,cleaning and playing with my grandchildren! LOL! OUCH!
I wanted to stop taking the Mobic but when I skipped one day I realized things were worse! Wrist is getting better and figure I will only have to take for a few more days to a week at most. Oh and I did survive a great time with grandkids and cleaning up afterwards! LOL! Would do it all over again just wish I had a maid. :P
