Wow...time flies!
Well it's been a couple months since I've journaled. So silly of me to not stay on track... I love to journal even if I'm the only one that reads it. I always feel so much better after spilling my thoughts. So with that here I go. So much to say. I'm still going to the gym anywhere from 1-4 days a week, usually on 20-25 minute walk but it's something. I have started counting calories and trying to change portions and eating habits. Again much like a said in Feb "BABY STEPS" they do add up. A significant life change takes time (or at least in my case). I'm doing pretty good focusing on me and what I need. I'm not saying my family isn't a focus naturally they are, I'm just trying not to forget about ME! Speaking of family my 16yr old is applying for jobs, doing okay in school but definitaly running into teenage temptations and rights of passages. He has grown so fast. My 10 year old just attended his first 4-H meeting and looking forward to more. We have never been in 4-H so this is new to us (exciting though). My husband is fine or I suppose he is. He has been in a mood...work related, that and missing his brother who passed 12 years ago. We jsut passed the 12yr anniversary it's always hard. I wish he would talk more but I think I know him well enough to know these are the things that have him in his current funk! Saying some extra prayers and trying to be really supportive. Work is going okay, I'm thankful I have a job and paycheck. Need to get back to work, hope to get back on the journaling track. Thanks to those that read and listen as I continue on my journey!

Welcome Back!!!
4-H is great. You should love the experience.
Oh teenagers - a very trying time for some.
I hope your husband feels better soon.
Super on the exercise. To quit smoking most have to try at least five times but those that don\'t give up often make it. I think the same is true with fitness goals and most anything else really.
Hang in there and be good to yourself.
