Wow this one is hard...
I know I got this big to get out of the military. I know I stayed this size to keep from being raped again (who wants a “fat-a**” right)(It was my fault I was raped – I thought). Zero self-esteem going on here for fourteen years. My soul is beautiful, I deserve my body to be beautiful to.

It was NOT your fault. Guilt is a common feeling that most women feel. Have you ever had counseling? It\'s hard, but maybe you need to go. It\'s time to get reconciled to the past and then get thin for your health.
