WOW, it hurt
I was opening a ice cream sandwich when i felt a pain (4/10) shoot travel the length of my shoulder blade!!!! First time i've felt anything this strong since my flare in January. Things not looking so good long term anymore, it's incrementally getting worse by the month

I know how you feel. I get hollered at by my chief if I hurt myself. The last time, all I did was use the restroom. Hurt myself cleaning myself up afterwords.
