WOW, it hurt

I was opening a ice cream sandwich when i felt a pain (4/10) shoot travel the length of my shoulder blade!!!!    First time i've felt anything this strong since my flare in January.  Things not looking so good long term anymore, it's incrementally getting worse by the month
